At Ovrthtop, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't right, we'll help you return or exchange it—quickly and easily.

Defective/Damaged Items: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video showing the packaging, seal, and defect.

Other Concerns (wrong item, non-delivery): Report within 48 hours of delivery or the estimated delivery date.
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if you're not satisfied with the product.
- Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
- We offer one free exchange per order.
- Exchange requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery.
- To exchange, follow the same process as returns (see Section 5).
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
- Returns/exchanges that fail to meet these conditions may be refused.

Submit a Request:
Log in and complete the Return/Exchange form, or email wecare@ovrthtop.com with your order number and reason.

Approval & Pickup:
Once approved, we'll schedule a courier pickup (up to 2 attempts).
For non-serviceable PIN codes, you must ship the item back to us.

Inspection & Resolution:
Returns: After quality inspection, you'll receive a store-credit coupon.
Exchanges: We'll dispatch your replacement once we receive and inspect the original item.

Standard Fee: ₹200 for the first item + ₹50 for each additional item returned.

Waived Fees: No pick-up fee for wrong or damaged items.
- All fees are deducted from your store-credit coupon value.
- Issued within 48 hours of warehouse receipt and inspection.
- Valid for 12 months, one-time use only on ovrthtop.com.
- Unused tags and original packaging are required.
- Non-refundable fees (original shipping, COD charges, pick-up fees) are deducted from the coupon value.
! Important: An unboxing video is mandatory to report any missing item. Claims without video will be declined.
Non-returnable/non-exchangeable:
- Sale/clearance items (unless damaged or wrong)
- Gift cards
- Customized/personalized pieces
No refunds: Only store credit or one-time exchange is available.
- The return pick-up address cannot be changed once the return is approved.
