We offer 7 days return and one free exchange per order. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact. Exchange requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery, while returns can be requested within 7 days.

Important: Defective items must be reported within 24 hours with an unboxing video.

Domestic Shipping:

• Orders under ₹5,000: ₹150 (prepaid) / ₹200 (COD)
• Orders ₹5,000+: FREE shipping (prepaid) / ₹50 COD fee
• Metro cities: 3-5 days | Non-metro: 5-7 days

International: USD 35 (free for orders over USD 750), 12-15 business days

We offer sizes S, M, L, and XL across all our collections. Each product page includes detailed size charts with measurements for bust, waist, and hip. Our pieces are designed for a comfortable, flattering fit that works for various body types.

Tip: If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit, especially for our co-ord sets.

We primarily use premium crepe, silk, and handblock printed cotton. Our fabrics are chosen for comfort, durability, and that perfect drape.

Care Instructions:

• Dry clean recommended for silk and embellished pieces
• Hand wash or gentle machine wash for co-ord sets
• Iron on reverse side to protect prints and embroidery

Yes! COD is available on select pincodes across India. There's a ₹50 COD fee in addition to shipping charges. COD is not available for international orders.

You can check COD availability for your pincode during checkout.

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email/SMS with a tracking link. You can monitor your shipment in real-time using this link.

For international orders, we provide the Airway Bill number (AWB) and courier partner details to track on DHL, FedEx, or Aramex websites.

Note: We only offer store credit or exchanges - no cash refunds. International orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Report within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video showing the packaging, seal, and defect. This video is mandatory for processing damage claims.

Email us at wecare@ovrthtop.com with your order number, unboxing video, and photos of the damaged item. We'll process your replacement priority.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days of order confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and another with tracking details when it ships.

Address changes can be requested within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing wecare@ovrthtop.com. Changes are subject to courier confirmation.

Important: Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. If returned due to incorrect address, you'll be responsible for reshipment charges.
